Art Scotts Bluff County and the surrounding region are rich with individuals who value the arts in their lives. We at the West Nebraska Arts Center are committed to provide artists a lively public venue to share their talents with our community Built in 1946, this Grand Theater has been restored with lush velvet seats, beautiful carpeting, mirrors—an exciting place to attend movies and performances. Professional directors, designers and actors from across the United States as well as talented musicians, actors and singers for our area perform in three productions and 24 performances throughout the summer.
